October is one of my favorite times of the year and there’s only a couple weeks left until Halloween! Tori and I had a lot of fun with this impromptu shoot that ended up being featured in Gilded Magazine’s October “Noir” Issue 40 Volume 2 and graced the back cover as well! I think we nailed the dark romance theme.

Over 6,500 images were submitted to The 2018 Portrait Masters Awards & Accreditation program and judged by a panel of highly esteemed international Master photographers including my mentor Sue Bryce.
I’m incredibly proud this image scored a Bronze award in the Family Portrait Category! It’s especially meaningful as I have photographed this amazing woman and her awesome little boy since her pregnancy. Every time I have the opportunity to document the stages of their lives I can’t help but notice the bond and love they share in every smile and look they give each other! Very humbled to be included in the talent that is part of this amazing group of international photographers and looking forward to continued growth!
Welcome to my new website! It’s May, almost halfway thru 2016 and I swear it was just January last week. A little bit about me….I was born in Arizona, grew up for 20 plus years in Colorado until my husband, yellow lab and I made the move to San Diego in part for our love of the ocean and warm weather!
My interest in photography developed after years of documenting our scuba diving trips around the world and I soon aimed my camera at people.
